SHIPPING

When you shop with Creative Contrast, you get:

      FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the USA.

      FREE SHIPPING by USPS Priority Mail on International on orders over $100.

All free shipping is sent via USPS Priority Flat Rate in our experience, the safest and fastest carrier.

We also offer a wide variety of expedited shipping options both domestic and international for even faster delivery, including USPS express and Fedex.  See the chart below for all shipping options.

All orders are processed within approx. 1-3 business days and shipped according to the terms of product availability specified below. Expect a confirmation email and tracking number when your order ships.

Please note the following terms used under product availability as these effect shipping time:

"In Stock" - Item is warehoused at one of our fulfillment centers and is available to ship within 24 business hours.

"Available To Order" - Item is currently warehoused at our vendor. Item will ship within 5-10 business days.

"PreOrder" - Item may be ordered but will need to be produced from vendor. Item will ship within 3-7 weeks. Please also note that preorder items are prepaid items ordered to be put in production and cannot be canceled once submitted.

INSURANCE

All of our shipments are handled with care and packaged professionally, and we do our best to make sure that items arrive safely.  We do not recommend insurance, as we haven't found it necessary.  However, we are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping so if you want peace of mind tracking and insurance are available through certain express carriers (see chart).

*If you prefer a shipping option that isn't listed in the chart and/or in the shipping calculator at checkout (such as UPS), please contact us directly via email or phone.  For shipping inquiries, please include your destination address and the items you're looking to ship.

** Occasionally our shipping calculator miscalculates.  If you think this is the case for your destination country and/or shipping method, please contact us directly for a quote, info@creativecontrast.com.

PACKAGING

All jewelry comes gift boxed with original packaging and tags.  Other designer items ship in their original packaging and tags provided by the manufacturer this may include a gift bag, factory-wrapping or other packaging. 

If you require additional gift packaging or notes, please select the gift wrap option at checkout. For any special shipping requests, inquire via email or phone we're happy to accommodate.

INTERNATIONAL & CUSTOMS

International orders are subject to customs rules and occasional delays.  Creative Contrast is not responsible for these duties/taxes by individual countries, nor any delays in shipment due to customs.

If you have specific requests with regards to your international gift order, and/or questions about customs please feel free to contact us before placing your order.

SALES TAX

All orders ship tax-free, except orders shipped within Vermont. 

ORDER STATUS

We encourage you to Create an Account with us either before or during checkout this allows you to view your order status and track your shipment. You will also have access to printer-friendly invoices and will be able to view your order history.  Creating an account also makes checkout faster and easier for next time!
