POLICY
Creative
Contrast is committed to providing excellent-quality designer products. We
guarantee that all merchandise sold through Creative Contrast is 100% authentic
and is purchased directly from the manufacturer.
We
take many steps to ensure that your order is shipped with care, and that
products are delivered as pictured, in great condition. We recommend reading the items description, features as well as our shipping policies prior to making your purchase. We also encourage you to use our live chat,
phone and email services to make sure that the items you're considering are
just right for the occasion and any questions you might have are answered.
Please
read our policies below:
- Once an order has processed,
it cannot be canceled or modified.
- Full-priced items can be
returned only for exchange or store credit, within 5 days of purchase. Requests
for returns must be sent within 48 hours of receiving the order (as described
in "Making a Return"). Store credits
issued for returns are valid for up to one year from issue date. Exchanges are subject to availability.
- All items must be in their
original condition. Refunds will not be issued for merchandise that have been worn, washed,
altered or damaged. All original tags must be attached and all returned
items must arrive in their original packaging, such as manufacturers bags.
- Return shipping costs are
the responsibility of the customer.
- If your order arrives
damaged or defective, we are happy to either replace the damaged item or issue
a store credit within 5 calendar days of purchase. Item replacement is subject to availability.
- All Special Orders, Sale and Discounted items (including use of promo codes) are final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for
Special Orders, Sale or Discounted items. Other items are returnable for exchange only.

HOW
TO MAKE A RETURN
*All
Returns must be postmarked within 5 calendar days of purchase date. Return Requests must be emailed within 48
hours of receiving your order.
1. MAKE A RETURN REQUEST: To make a return, you must send an email
within 48 hours of receiving your order to: info@creativecontrast.com. Please include "Returns" in the
subject line, and write a brief description of the reason for return, along
with your order number (as indicated on your invoice). For exchanges, please note your preferred
size or color.
2. RECEIVE YOUR RA NUMBER: You will receive a reply with a Return
Authorization (RA) number. Include this RA number in the return packaging when
you ship your item.
3. SEND YOUR RETURN: Prepare your return by printing out the RA
number (or hand-writing). Include a copy
of your invoice, your RA number, and then securely package your order. Please be sure
to include all original packaging and designer tags. We strongly recommend using FedEx or insured
USPS Priority Mail for your return, as these carriers provide insurance and
tracking. Creative Contrast is not
responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

Once your return is received, we will send you an e-mail notification
confirming your return status. For all merchandise received in saleable
condition, your store credit or exchange will be issued within 48 hours of the
receipt of the return. For replacement
of damaged/defective merchandise, shipping times may be longer on the
replacement item. You can expect an email with an estimated ship date.
5. Failure to follow these outlined steps may result in refusal of your package. Any accepted returned package without an approved RA number will incur a 15% restocking fee on any credit card refund. Please note there are no exceptions to these regulations.
* Shipping and handling
charges incurred by customers in the process of making returns, as well as any
applicable import duties are not refundable.
